These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SMS communications provided by Voltaic LLC and related service offerings. By opting in to receive messages or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
SMS Program Description & Use Cases
Voltaic LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages you may receive include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Order and project status updates
- Follow-up communications regarding your quote request
- Customer support responses
- Service-related notifications
- If you separately consent: promotional offers, discounts, and new service announcements
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive SMS messages from Voltaic LLC. By providing your phone number and opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older and are the account holder, or have authority to consent to messages sent to that phone number.
Offers are subject to approval by our financing partners. Promotions such as “Insulation at No Cost” have eligibility requirements outlined in the individual offer terms.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Transactional messages are sent as needed (typically 1–5 per active project). Promotional messages, if opted in, will not exceed 4 messages per week.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages from Voltaic LLC. Check with your mobile provider for details on your plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages from Voltaic LLC at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS communications. To re-subscribe, reply START or contact us at the support number below.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Voltaic LLC is not responsible for charges incurred from your wireless provider in connection with receiving SMS messages.
